    • Custom-made products
    • Personal care items (e.g., yoga mats, resistance bands, intimate or sanitary goods)

2. Initiating a Return

  • To start a return, please contact us at lrfitnessshoppingstore@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  • We will provide you with a return authorization and further instructions on how to return your item.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your 30 days refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

5. Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 5-7 business days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
